  • These tools are built from the best-practices of our clients, which helps lead product development efforts, and provide tremendous cost efficiency as core tools to complement their legacy accounting system.  Data from these systems (accounts, name/address, etc.) is interfaced to provide an array of capabilities.
     
  • These tools are also designed to support Wealth teams (for example, private banker, brokers, trust advisor and insurance rep) with leverage of team messaging, collaboration, call sharing and team-driven scorecard incentive practices.
     
  • We also support clients that already have a CRM solution -- but who benefit from leveraging a variety of CapitalBase.com portal workflow elements and Process Automation tools -- supplementing existing CRM resources.  For example, the account acceptance and incentive comp automation workflows help them to more efficiently manage new account implementation and streamline comp claims, statementing, payout & audit.
